but for the white spots (I though it was to make it look like an old picture, but you said it was snow ...), you schould change the brush from time to time, we can see patterns repeating themselves ...
I don't kow how you make the "grain" of the pic (little variations of color) (maybe it's even the intrnet compression that does it) but It comes out great here ^^
yes.. I realized my mistake there...
about the 'grain' effect... I used blur effect. filter>blur>lens blur.... at the blur window, I added some noise there...
